What is the name of your state?Tennessee

We started selling frozen chicken dinners and apple pies (made by another business out of state) from a freezer chest in our small store. There is a local festival coming to town in November, the people running this festival have asked us to bring the chicken dinners and pies to the festival site, heat them up, and sell them to patrons. Do we need permission to do this from the people who actually made the dinners? Or will making it clear with a poster, etc which company prepared the dinners - will that suffice? This company sells their dinners on the internet directly to customers as well as to small retail shops for re-sale.
