What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?CA My question is I have had 2 AME's and now I am waiting for my attny to get back to me for a settlement or a court date. Now I am confused as to which I should do settle without medical I still am in need of surgery I am just postponing it until I feel I am ready since my last surgery I developed staff infection? If i settle with medical can I get a lump sum? If I settle without medical can I get medicare to pay since I was approved for ssdi and now have medicare coverage? My injury was from 2003 and I was terminated due to inability to accomodate my injuries. Thanks mom2emy
