I asked a while back about the Ins. wanting to close My case, & had received some good info.
Of course they won't give me a settlement figure until I agree to close.
Try to bear with me here,
about 6 months prior to hurting my back on the job, they where moving equipment around & a lrg. machine fell against the back of my leg (knee)
for which I got a couple days off (employer would not file claim as with back injury)
I really didn't think I had a big problem with the leg thing at the time,
however lately that added with the back thing kinda bothers me,(discomfort)
Is that somthing that I can go back too,add too, be a part of ?
