Hi,
I am not sure if this is where I need to be or not, but I will say what I am needing and maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
I own a company named PokerRoomGroup, in which I am offering up shares of my company to my members of another site. PokerRoomGroup will open a real online poker room, offshore. PokerRoomGroup will be a LLP/LLC company.
Once all these shares are gone, I will be sending a Joint Venture Agreement Form to each one of these partners.
Where can I find an attorney to write this agreement form which will hold up for International use?
Any help on this subject will be greatly appreciative.
