I own a home with my now ex girlfriend she signed a quit claim deed 6 months ago. But she is still on the mortgage does she have any right to the house. Also does she have to sign off the mortgage or can I just take her off. She hasnt paid anything toward the house for at least 6 months and she now has her own apartment.
