We have been paying taxes on 12 acres of land for years. These acres were deeded back around 1900 to heirs. We don't know where the heirs are, but we can prove that we are descendents and that we have been paying taxes on the property. How can we get the deed in our names without spending thousands of dollars in attorney fees?

**A: hire an attorney to file a quiet tile action and make sure thay don't charge you thousands of dollars.
