I had a Loss of Earned Income Evaluation because my employer does not have any thing that is available with my restrictions. My question is: Do they have to take in account for benifits as part of my income?
The company that did the evaluation now found me a job that pays only half of what I was making and has no benifits. I know I will get a percentage from the insurance of the difference of pay, but the benifits is where I have a problem. My wife is pregnant and to get cobra is $200 less a month than what I would be making at this new job. Is there any way to get my benifits as part of my income.
Please any advice would be appreciated
