What is the name of your state? I live in Georgia
I was denied a probationary license, other wise know as a "hardship permit". I completed all ordered by the judge for 3 dui's I received in a 4 month period of stupidity. I was then told after hundreds of dollars were spent to meet their requirements to qualify that I had to be employed or a full time student. Their definition of hardship and my are very different. I want to appeal this but I don't know where to start, since I can't afford a lawyer I need to know what to do and how to prepare for this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
