Hello,Im planning to start my online business.My question is should i be using
S corporation or sole propritorship.Its a small business selling different stuff.
What do i need to apply for a tax ID here in New Jersey.I was told I can get my Tax ID online.

i would deffinetly use the s-corp because of the protection it offers, it basically makes the company into a living breathing thing, if someone sues the company it comes out of the corporation, leaving ur personal pockets untouched. all that would happen is that the corp would go bankrupt. :D
