Business Registration/Form Advice (Newbie)

What is the name of your state?: VA


Hi,

I am starting an online distrbutorship and retail business.
My State: VA (Virginia)

With an intent to register the business and its name, I checked online and on the State Corporation Commission, I found this list of "Business Entities Organized Under Virginia Law":

By process of elimination, I figured the business should be registered as a "Corporation", so I selected that - trying to find a suitable form for incorporating the business.... It lead me to this site (list of forms):

From this, I think the one that i understand suits best is the form no. SCC619
http://www.scc.virginia.gov/scripts/scc-clerkdl.pl?scc619&Articles_of_Incorporation_of_a_Virginia_Stock_Corporation

Could somebody please double check that i am filling the correct form for incorporating this business.

Any other piece of advice will be highly appreciated. I am a newbie, still trying to find a good lawyer to get this help
