Rental house as construction office

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California
Hi everyone,
A residential home developer is interested in leasing my rental house. He is building a great deal of houses in my neighborhood and wants to use my house as a construction office/storage of materials for about a year. There is no HOA and the house is located in the County. No one will be living in the house. The only concern I can think of is my ability to insure my house with a business operating in it. Is there any other issues I should consider???

**A: yes, but I have no time to list them all. See a real estate attorney
