What is the name of your state? Arizona
Hi, we may be getting sued. The biggest asset we have is our home. Of course there is a mortgage on it. I understand that someone could put a lien on our home. How can I protect that from happening. Someone suggested a trust with our minor son. Any advice would be appreciated.
