Hi. I need a legal advice on what are the requirements to establish an online business for selling surgical orthopedic implants as a middle man between buyers abroad and manufacturers or suppliers in different states in USA?
To be more specific, I have a few buyers in East Asia who want to buy surgical orthopedic implants from USA manufacturers so they could sell them to doctors requiring them in their country. What do I need to safely and legitimately establish an online dealer selling the fore-mentioned things between the US manufacturers or suppliers and the buyers of them abroad.
