Seeking info on making a current registered not-for-profit Youth Football organization fully Non-Profit able to take donations on an exempted basis. I currently have no information on how most of these organizations operate and would welcome any directions to reference materials. organization has been around over 20 years but am told that it does not enjoy a fully non-profit status ? Am currently awaiting organization by-laws for review

State is Pa. In more interested in what subsection of 501 C would encompass a youth football league and where can I educate myself on those requirements
