I live in Delaware and currently run a sole proprietorship videography business. The problem is that the name of my business is Memories Forever. I specialize in wedding videos. This name is great for weddings but is terrible to secure corporate work. What I want to do is create a parent company that does corporate work and other media services and have Memories Forever be a sub company under the parent company.

How do I set this up? Do I want to create an LLC? something else?

Please advise.
