What is the name of your state? Illinois
My first question is, if a person changes their name. Do they have to answer yes. To the question, have you ever been convicted of a felony on a SBA loan application. If the birth name, was convicted of a bogus drug case back in the 80's. Also we recieved information that says, we are all entitled to a new social security number. Because our original SS# was only intended to be used by the Government for collecting taxes and Social Security. They sent me forms to fill out, and they sent me. The information on where to send them in. If it is true, could I apply for this new number under my new name.
