I registered my child for Preschool online. I paid the appropriate fees and the fee for using the online registration. Three weeks later, I got a letter stating they had charged the wrong fee for the classes and I owed them another $72 or my child would not be allowed in the classes. Is this a bait and switch? Is it legal to do this?
