Family Business in Arkansas
I was told that the family business was insuring me for $100,000.00 as a "benefit" for my wife & children. I signed the form. The insurance policy names the business as the owner. (I own 13% of this business with another 33 1/3% tied up in an estate) The beneficary portion of the form was blank. I found out recently that it does not name my wife & children, but the business. Can I have this changed or cancelled as I do not want to leave the business anything & feel this was taken out under fraud.
