I need some advice, I am live in the Uk.
I have noticed an empty house in my area and I am thinking of acquiring it by adverse possession.
I have obtained a copy of the title from the Land Registry, so now I kow who the owner is.
I have 2 questions
1 What is the first step that I need to take to find the owner?
2. I notice that there is the name of a bank on the Tilte (as the lender) does this implicate any problems for in my attempt to acquire the land?
Sorry 1 more question is law book that I can purchase that will tell me what my chances are in persuing this project?
