I have a co-worker that rented an indoor storage place to keep her furniture and items. Their pipes broke, the storage unit, and soaked everything and destroyed some of her property. The storage unit owners are telling her that her rental insurance needs to take care of it but this girls rental insurance said they don't take care of floods. But this was caused by pipes not a flood. So this girl is stuck without. What are her options and what can she do?

Thanks for your help.
