limited liability corporations

Can anybody respond to any problems they have had in establishing limited liability corporation? Have they tried it on their own and is it an easy process or complicated? Are any restrictions in using your personal name in the business name? Thanks

As they are reasonably new, there are lots of folks who do not know how to deal with them on things such as applications, permits, tax forms, etc. from local governments whose forms say "individual, partnership, corporation, check one" to insurance companies, etc.
