We are a start-up company, beginning to gain momentum. The company is 51% owned by a disabled veteran (SDVOSB), and there are three senior managers below him. We want to formalize contracts for the senior managers (I'm one of these guys) to work out how we can benefit from our own profit center, as well as collaboratively across all profit centers, and also how we can address remaining ownership of the company, with shares available to us but also available for raising capital. We also need to deal with potential issues of succession, should we graduate as an SDVOSB, or something happen to the principal owner, or should we be bought by another firm.
Is there any boilerplate we can start with? Are there any sites which offer good information on these issues?
