What is the name of your state? Kentucky
I divorced my ex in 1999. He died earlier this year and I am now being harassed by a heard of creditors saying that my payment is late. He agreed to pay these people back in the divorce. He has continued to use some of the accounts, for which I am now being told I have to pay. Oh and by the way he remarried and his wife has recieved his assets including a trailer charged to me.

If your name are still on the accounts, you are legally obligated to pay them. If the divorce decree states that the ex was responsible for the debts, you can sue the estate for repayment.
