What is the name of your state? Texas

We bought a Truck from a dealership in July 2005 and about a week after we got it home it rained really bad and water started pouring down the windshield onto the dash. We took it to the Dodge dealership here and the man there said that the windshield was replaced and it would not be covered on the warranty. So we called the dealership where we got it from and the salesman told us that it had been replaced there the week before we bought it and he would get back to us on when the windshield guy would be there so it could be repaired. Well that was at the beginning of August so it has been about a month now and we have heard nothing from them. We have called the salesman many times and left messages and he will not return our phone calls. Is there anything that we can do? Our carpet is wet and moldy, there is a good possibility that we could have electrical damage. The truck was a 2003 so it is not included under the lemon law from what I understand. We pay $502 a month for this truck and basically I think they screwed us over.

oh yeal, they got you good, try the BBB and post a complaint. Also the consumer affairs. Was it an "as is" deal? If all else fails don't let it do any more damage go get estimates on its repair and take them to small claims. lp
