I have a small software business in North Carolina and I recently signed a contract with a distributor in the same state. That distributor has violated the contract by not paying proper royalties. Does this breach of contract mean that the other obligations in the contract are no longer valid? Can I terminate the contract without having to worry about the termination clauses in the contract?

Thanks for any help!
John
