What is the name of your state? Georgia

I represent an employer located in Georgia. We do not report any wages to Georgia as our employees live in other states. As well, work is never performed in Georgia. From my understanding Workers' Comp Ins is based on payroll reported on 941s to the state in which an employee lives. Therefore, where work is performed is irrelavant to workers' comp insurance. We only need workers' comp insurance in the states in which employees actually live correct? Can anyone help me with this?
