What is the name of your state? GA

My fiance recently purchased a new vehicle two weeks ago and apparently the dealer made a few errors on the sales agreement (they put the wrong dollar amount for the extended warranty and an optional protection package) and now frantically want her to initial the change they made. They overnighted the original copy of the sales agreement with their pen marks on it for her to initial. Should she do this or legally can she even use this as a chance to negotiate for even a lower price on the vehicle? Not to be greedy, but is the contract still valid after they've marked it up? Thanks.

If they made an honest mistake, your fiancee can't exploit it to her advantage. Yes a marked-up contract is still a valid contract.
