a music group has two members that are at odds over the responsibilty of a missing piece of equipment. the guitar player was using a piece of sound equipment and the other band member said use mine it works better, the guitar player agreed . so they played many shows, no problems. then one time after a show that the band played the band equipment was loaded up
in one band members truck and then stored in the house of the guitar player that night. no one noticed the head was missing until the next time they went to use the equipment.(the next day or two i think). they called the venue they played at and there was obviously not good news, they didn't find it. so now the band member that owned the equipment is holding the guitar player fully responsible for what he originally paid it, even though he has already replaced it with the same exact model in better condition for two thirds of what he paid for the first one. they were both at the show is the owner of the equipment responsible or the guitar player.
thanks, cramden
