I have a customer that has not made his final payment in regards to the developemtn of his internet web site. I'd like to shut down the site until payment is received. Can I do this? It's been three weeks of excusses. I'm tired of it.

My response:

Sure. Until paid in full, pursuant to the contract you have with him, the work you performed is yours. Shut him down.
