I have had some MAJOR problems with the car dealership from which I just bought my new car...Is it leagal to run a full page ad in a news paper advising people not to purchase cars from that dealership? Can the dealership sue me for it? I want to get even with them for everything they've put me through.

My response:

I like your style.

As long as you can prove each and every allegation in your ad, you then have the right of Freedom of Speech.

Just remember, "Freedom" does not allow you to libel someone in print. So, be very careful with your text.
