What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Oregon
Is there an Oregon law, or anyother binding law, that states if a person with whom you have a contract, requests a copy of the written contract, that you have to give them one? Is giving them an original contract at time of signing meet the needs of the law?
If a contract is dissolved mutually via a phone call with follow up emails - will that stand up in a court of law? Is specified language required in the contract or in the emails?
Thanks for any advice and if you can identify the reference laws, that would be much appreciated.
