What is the name of your state? flrorida i took my car in for an engine rebuild and i got it back two weeks later i drove it home but smoke started shooting out of the tailpipe so i called them back and they said to take it back that they will fix it it has been seven months and they are still not done

Well, what do you want to do? You can threaten to report them to the BBB or something, maybe that will get them going.

Otherwise, what you will need to do go pick up your car, take it to another shop, get it fixed, and then sue the original shop for the costs of the repair work in small claims court.
