What is the name of your state? Illinois
My father(60 yrs. old) Just had about 1/3 of his left pinky finger removed. I was wondering what the law states is the least amount he is entitled to receive for his injury. Thank you

Since that's a "scheduled injury," the dollar value of 1/3rd of his left pinky will be specifically outlined in your State's WC reg's - it won't be negotiable. Your father will receive "X" amount of money for the loss, regardless of wehther he is a concert violinst and it ends his career or whether it doesn't make a bit of difference in his job.

I don't know what that dollar value is however.
