What did the bank say when you asked them why they didn't get the car?

Send a letter to the bank telling them that you will be charging them storage fees of $10 per day on the car if they do not retrieve it within 14 days.

They may ignore you on this because the car has not yet been repoed and is therefore stillin the possession of the deadbeat.
