What is the name of your state Kansas  If a person goes into a car lot to look into buying a Used car, and signs a contract on one but later realizes that they cant afford the car. Is there any grace period to get out of the legal contract? Mental and emotion stress is envolved. Tried to talk to dealership the next day but they were closed.

Then go back the next day and the next. Unless you are a child (under the age of 18), mentally incapacitated or the dealer held a gun to your head, you made a contract and are expected to live with it.

So start talking to the dealer.
