We bought a 2005 Suzuki Aerio SX with 15,534 miles on it (demo car) on Sept. 1, 2005. Our contract says used but it has been registered and titled with the state as new. Is it new or used ? This poses a concern because we have had it in the shop 3 times now for the same problem (lemon law) and still not fixed. Thanks for your help. hyoung
