tired if not getting anywhere

What is the name of your state? Mass
I have been to small claims court 5 times, and only once has the person showed up. I had to pay $60 for the capias, he showed up after that and gave me a small amount of money and said he would pay me every week, but that never happened. So now I have to pay another $60 to get another capias delivered or $300 to get a warrant for his arrest. And i don't want to keep spending money if he is never going to pay me. Should I get another capias or give up?

Do you have a judgment against him??
If so, determine if he has any non-exempt assets and seize/levy/garnish them.
