;) What is the name of your state? SC

I am in the process of creating a new business entity in the state of SC. I am trying to find out what is the best business entity to create with 3 people who wna tto use there personal tax returns or personal financial statment as the basis for the companies financials/net worth. However, this new entity needs to have the similar protection to a corporation.

What is the best structure for these financial purposes?
