Listen guys i have a real BIG question for all those law brains out there

If i worker makes a mistake in work inviroment 2 weeks after training for a job , Is it then possible for the company to then take money from you to pay for this mistake ??

Where do i stand Legally on this matter ??

Can you help me out here as not sure where to go next.
