What is the name of your state? Ca. Was put into vocational rehabilitation before doctor approval. Went for 4 months. When doctor found out he got upset. Went into conference with voc. rehab. people, my lawyer & myself cause my condition was getting worse. Voc.rehab. said they don't need doc. approval. Find out that voc. rehab. sent doc. a kinda nasty note, he signs off on approval- 4 months late. Is there a statue/code/law that can I cite?
