What is the name of your state?
California

I have an idea for a non-profit organization that I would like to see come to life. In the beginning, it would just be me working to make it happen and raise the necessary funds, but I will need to apply for tax-exempt status for the idea to work. Does this mean that I need to incorporate the organization and can I incorporate if there is only one employee wearing all the hats?

I would appreciate any response that will help steer me in the direction I should take.

Cheers,
Jamie
