What is the name of your state?TX.Bought used truck "as is",next day truck broke down.Have spent $1100 to try to fix it,no luck !Dealer wants to trade another truck for the bad one.I want out of the deal altogether,financed truck thru credit union.Can I give the truck back to the dealer and walk away?What can I do.

Of course you can... at the risk of a lawsuit for your breach.... and the credit 'hit' that goes with it.

You have NO legal right to "walk away" from the contract. Your options are to keep your vehicle and payments.... or accept their other offer.... and its payments (presumably).
