What is the name of your state? Georgia
Purchased vehicle using Cap One's blank check program. Draft was sent in the approved loan amount of 42K. Check was not actually a check but a Draft. The security agreement/Note was made out using the 42K, yet I only used less than half of that. There was no signature required and while I requested a revised agreement after the purchase, I never received.
What should I do? Do I have a legal agreement?

Also in looking at my bill of sale from the dealership I noticed that it stated this was the SALE #2 of this vehicle. Does that mean it was used?
