Hello , I have given an Earnest Deposit of 5K and signd the Sales Contract,
However My realitor that works for a Major Builder here local in Yuma, Has been telling me to come in and Do a Pre Construction Meeting and I have been in Japan and havent had time. But today they call and say the house is at a stage that we need to pick out where we want our phone etc. outlets. The last house we built we had to have a Pre Construction Meeting Prior to Building or laying the coundation. Are they in Voilation of anything? What if we wanted a Major change in the middle of the house. What can I do Legally? Any help and advice is greatlly appreciated . If you need a copy of the Sales Agreement you can email me [email protected]
