I got into an argument with seller of the house and it became physical. The police report was filed but there were no charges filed and no injuries claimed. After 3 months his lawyer is threatening me to provide my homeowners insurance information or he will take me to court. This seems to be a total fraud claim?
What should I do? Which kind of lawyers should I seek advise from?
