I have an ex-wife who moved from a rental house in pasadena, texas about 1 year ago. She left a storage shed on the rental property, after she could not find someone to move it for her at a resonable price. She told the landlord she would come back and get it, she now has someone to move it for her, but the landlord is giving her a hard time. What can she do to insure that she can get the shed? She still has the original receipt from the date of purchase for the shed. The landlord cut the lock that was on the shed and told her that he does not know what happened to her belongings that were in the shed. Does she still have a right to get the shed off of that property??

She certainly didn't have the right to leave her shed on the landlord's property. At some point it becomes abandoned property and the landlord can do what he wants with it.
