well to start i was NEVER on wc since the day one finally almost 2 years later i wont he wc case, but b4 i won the verdict, the company terminated 2 months, b4 the final verdict. now after the wc judge final judgement, they now want me to return to light duty. on the job outside as a fueler, with out any protection from the weather but my car.

1) is the right and how do i coinvince my lawyer to help
2) must i work out side in the enviorment on light duty
