What is the name of your state? Arizona law please.
Hi,
Do I need to set up my LLC prior to doing any business online? This is strictly an online affiliate business (for now) and I would like to generate the capital to pay for setting up the LLC first. That will be the difference between getting a lawyer and doing it semi-right and going to legal zoom and doing it half @$$. Nothing I'm reading in the affiliates pages ask for a corporate name, tax ID Etc. Seems to me I can start business.

One more question. If my business is all online, is there any reason why I couldn't set this up as a Nevada corporation and never incorporate in AZ?
what would you recommend? Thank you.

Carl

Of course you can, i did internet business for years without any company, it did incorporate now because i did some things. I incorporate in Florida and all my clients are not from there. You can incorporate where you want, of course its better on your homestate. I dont live the US, and dont have clients there yet. But i incorporated there because of some benefits (not 1 until know actually) and no, i did not used a lawyer, a friend of me did once ( in Florida too) and he was charged 1000$ bucks, he had the same legal stuff and Corporations like i have, and i spent more or less 400$.
