What is the name of your state? CA.
I injured my back at work 3 years ago and was recieving WC for Chiropractic care. I moved to Oregon a year later and started seeing a Chiropractor here that assured me my claim was still open. Months later i recieved a bill stating that WC would not pay the bill and that i must pay it. I tried numerous times to contact various people from the insurance co. who gave me the run around on many seperate occasions. The insurance co. has changed names and the people i talked to are no longer there. They tell me my case is closed but i never signed anything. I am still in pain and now out of work and i was wondering what to do?
Am i liable to pay the Chiropractor bill? Thank K.C.
