What is the name of your state?TX.If the bank files on you over a auto repo can they put a lien on property that is owned jointly if the auto is in one's name only?

The bank can't put a lien on yur property, but they can file suit against you and then have a lien authorized by the court. Either way, if you owe money for the vehicle you are going to pay. Further, the condition of the vehicle and any probelms you have with the seller isn't their concern. You made a contract with them to repay a loan, therefore you owe that debt to them.....period.
